As a North Carolina native, single mother of four, certified life coach, and seasoned Human Resources professional, Tiffany, also known as TiffMichelle, brings a rare combination of personal experience and professional expertise to everything she builds. She has sat in boardrooms and at kitchen tables, understanding both systems and people. Through her initiative, Label Me King, she has dedicated her life to youth empowerment, using her insights to create lasting change.
Raising boys into men is one of the most important and often overlooked assignments in our community. TiffMichelle understood this truth not from research or statistics — she experienced it firsthand. As a single mother on the journey of raising sons, she recognized the scarcity of resources dedicated to boys and young men. TiffMichelle observed her sons and the young men around them grappling with challenges that often went unaddressed, carrying burdens that remained unacknowledged, and navigating critical years without anyone there to affirm — You were built for more than this. Determined to be that voice, she took action. In 2023, TiffMichelle founded Label Me King — not merely as a program, but as a movement focused on youth empowerment. This initiative creates a deliberate, intentional space where young men, from youth through adulthood, can be equipped, affirmed, and reminded that the only label that truly matters is the one they were destined for.
A good leader solves the problem in front of them. A great leader looks around and asks who else needs this.
While building Label Me King, TiffMichelle noticed something important. The young men she was empowering had sisters, daughters, female cousins, and friends who were also navigating their own set of challenges with minimal support. The same gap she had identified for young men through Label Me King existed for young women too — and someone needed to step in.
So she did.
Together with her daughter Ariel and niece Adriene, TiffMichelle helped launch I Am Enough Period — a youth-led movement focused on youth empowerment, specifically designed to empower young girls ages 6–17 to discover their worth, silence self-doubt, and rise into the queens they were created to be.
Two movements. One mission. Every young person in our community deserves to know they were created for greatness — and TiffMichelle has built a supportive space for all of them.
