Tiffany M. Ford is a North Carolina native, youth advocate, and dynamic leader who has experienced the challenges of raising boys transitioning into young men as a single mother. Recognizing the struggles faced by many women in similar situations, Tiffany was compelled to shift the narrative around young men in her community. Her belief that the real question should be, “What are we doing to develop good men?” led to the creation of Label Me King, a transformative initiative designed to empower and equip young men with the tools to become strong, honorable leaders.

As a dedicated advocate for youth and women, Tiffany channels her passion into helping individuals uncover their purpose and destiny. Through her God-given talents in teaching, counseling, and intercession, she leads tough conversations, holding individuals accountable, and making a profound difference in the lives she touches.

Tiffany is also the visionary founder of WeCreate Enterprise, a multi-business platform that reflects her creativity and corporate expertise as a certified life coach. She brings her skills to both the corporate world and her ministry, balancing a successful career in Human Resources with her deep commitment to ministry and community service. A nurturing mother of four, Tiffany engages her community with grace and wisdom, offering divine insights that inspire others to embrace their purpose and overcome life’s challenges.
