Our History
Label Me King, LLC was founded in 2023 as a dynamic movement dedicated to empowering, encouraging, and actively involving boys and young men in a positive, supportive environment. With a clear understanding of the gap in initiatives designed specifically for boys and young men, our nonprofit organization was established to equip them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
While many programs have been created to uplift young girls and women, there remains a significant deficiency in resources for boys and young men. Label Me King, LLC was born out of the need to fill this void and provide a space where young men can thrive. Our vision is centered on creating a strong, collaborative partnership between the boys and young men we serve and the advocates within our community. Through meaningful engagement, we strive to connect the experiences of today’s young men to the collective future we all share.
Our commitment to positive change is reflected in the priorities we set for our youth. These include creating platforms for their voices to be heard within their communities, fostering leadership development, and providing connections to employment, entrepreneurial ventures, and educational opportunities.
At the heart of our mission is engaging boys and young men in important conversations about the issues they face daily. By facilitating these dialogues, we aim to foster awareness, understanding, and a sense of shared responsibility. Additionally, we work to create connections between our youth, their peers, local youth-serving programs, and mentors who can offer guidance and support.
Label Me King, LLC is specifically designed to empower and uplift young Black and Brown boys and young men, offering mentorship and leadership development. While our primary focus is on addressing the unique challenges these young men face, we welcome and encourage young men from all backgrounds to join us in this transformative experience.
